Unplanned reveals the challenges confronting Abby as she walked away from her job at a key Texas Planned Parenthood clinic and walked into the office of the Coalition for Life down the street. The film unveils that this incredible turning point was preceded by years of misguided hopes, searching — and a moment of pure awakening.

Abby recounts her journey as an idealistic and impressionable college student that led to her position as a director of a Planned Parenthood clinic. She describes the dramatic moments in that clinic that changed her life forever and set her on a new path.
